ABM, a leading provider of integrated facility solutions, is looking for a Facilities Supervisor.
The Facilities Supervisor is responsible for overseeing projects, supervising day-to-day team operations, and ensuring performance goals are met for a designated site. May perform administrative tasks.

Essential Functions:
- Oversee daily operations of the facility, which includes managing daily workflows, conducting maintenance and cleanliness checks, and managing vendors.
- Respond to and prioritize daily inquiries, urgent issues, and after-hours emergencies.
- Develop and maintain both reactive and preventative maintenance programs, utilizing a facility inspection program to plan for repairs, renovations, and future development.
- Ensure a safe and compliant office environment following fire and life safety regulations, governmental compliance standards, and ABM policies and procedures.
- Drive health and safety initiatives including building safety inspections and workplace safety programs such as ergonomics, fire and life safety, and emergency response protocols.
- Manage third-party vendor agreements, ensuring appropriate scope, service level, scheduling, renewals, and pricing.
- Oversee office inventory, which includes managing supplies and equipment, and ensuring timely replenishment.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement innovative solutions to enhance effectiveness.
- Assist in budgeting tasks, including processing accruals, invoicing, and providing estimates and recommendations for services/upgrades.
- Participate in planning and execution of personnel moves, new hire office setups, and workplace reconfigurations.
- Manage and contribute to renovation projects, encompassing both design and construction phases, and coordinate with architects and contractors as necessary.
Minimum Requirements:
- Facilities operations experience with conceptual knowledge of technical, architectural, and engineering operations
- Basic working knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, BAS, security, fire & life safety) in order to coordinate regular maintenance activities.
- Basic knowledge and understanding of technical/blueprint drawings.
- Ability to lead calmly and effectively in the event of a building incident or emergency.
- OSHA 10 certification
- Service Now ticketing system usage or implementation experience.
- A strong technical aptitude and curiosity for systems such as Building Automation Systems (BAS), and others. This involves understanding how these systems work, troubleshooting issues, and exploring ways to improve and optimize these systems.
