-Represent Talent Acquisition in all forums/ seminars pertaining to process, compliance and audit -Perform other miscellaneous duties as required by management -Driving CI culture, implementing CI projects and innovation for withing the team - Understands business needs and in depth understanding of Tesco Property & Finance processes - Builds on Tesco processes and knowledge by applying CI tools and techniques - Responsible for completing tasks and transactions within agreed KPI's - Finance understanding, supplier management - chasing & query management - Identifying operational improvement and finding solutions by applying CI tools and techniques - Work collaboratively and chase the Capital Replacement Managers to ensure projects in fusion are dealt from creation to closure (including capitalization & write offs) - Deliver supporting reports/trackers such as dash board, overdue report, alliance report etc - Provide accurate data to make right decisions and ensure availability of the data is consistent throughout the year - Develop insights and trend analysis for efficient budget management & finance controls. - Manage CAPR budgets to ensure periodic forecasts are met, including all accruals and journals - Identifying process simplification tasks and ensure implementation of same - Identify opportunities for system simplification and implement RPA technology as applicable
Knowledge of all engineering disciplines (Mech; Elec; Refrig; Building) to manage engineering capital budget to plan; analyze; forecast and track capital expenditures whilst supporting the capital programme. Oversee the financial aspects and project management of engineering projects from inception to completion
