Job Summary:
This role will be accountable technical proactive and reactive services for the remotely connected stores across UK using multiple Building Management Systems and ensure measurable reductions in energy usage of controlled assets. This position is responsible for providing the highest level of colleague support; guidance & services to Tesco's businesses; delivering high quality work while improving processes & ways of working through continuous improvement
Job Responsibilities:
• Accountable for delivery of all BMS Technical & Energy Management Services and implement BMS strategic changes based on stakeholder requirement
• Engage with the identified stakeholders (TM & Energy Teams) to ensure that day to day operational issues/queries are resolved.
• Serve as the subject matter expert and take complete ownership of process/operations Assist team members with day-to-day issues to enable them to meet agreed SLAs and productivity targets
• Manage urgent and complex analysis; Serve as the first point of escalation and ensure effective delivery of BMS operations and resolution of issues at hand and involve the manager if & when required
• Plan and prepare weekly work schedule for colleagues in the team
• Communicate proactively with the manager on new ideas; latest market trends and potential risks; actively share ideas about how processes can be streamlined
• Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence
• Driving and implementing CI Projects and innovation for their teams
• First line team supervisory responsibility on process coaching; on the job training; coordinating; and communicating
• Solves Complex Operational Problems and providing solutions
Experience relevant for this job:
Graduate (Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering) from Tier1 or Tier2 institute.
BMS Certification or Energy management certification are essential for this role.
6+ years of experience in BMS systems (Remote & Onsite); HVAC & Lighting operations and service role within a relevant industry provider.
Siemens; Tridium/Niagara; Philips and Trend BMS controllers experience advantageous.

1. Good on MS Office tool & Logical Reasoning
2. Strong Verbal and Written Communication
3. Mush have Knowledge on HVAC & LIGHTING systems; BMS network protocols (BACnet; LON; Modbus & Wire sheet).
4. Strong understanding on BMS architecture / database and all BMS integration (Field level devices; PLC programming; BMS Controllers and software platforms)
5. Good understanding on Continuous Improvement; Process Mapping Tools and Techniques
