About the role:  

Responsible for user endpoints across the organization, the Endpoint Engineer role is responsible for designing, managing and supporting the laptop and mobile device technology ecosystem of GoHealth.  This role reports directly to the Senior Director Infrastructure Operations. 

Working directly with Infrastructure Operations, IT Support Operations, and the Security Operations teams this role will work to define and deliver secure and supportable endpoint solutions for Agents and Corporate users. The position requires strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills to be successful.  

What You’ll Do:  

• The Endpoint Engineer is responsible for supporting agent and corporate endpoints for the organization in collaboration with the Endpoint Engineering, Infrastructure Operations and the IT Support Operations teams. 
• Design and implementation of endpoint configuration standards, including laptops, mobile device management, and process creation for the Support Organization. 
• Perform administration and troubleshooting using tools including but not limited to Microsoft Intune, Zscaler, Palo Alto GlobalProtect, Active Directory, O365, New Relic and Azure 
• Provide technical direction to Infrastructure and Support Operations for standards and technology selection to support the organizations goals 
• Act as Tier 3 user technical support, providing escalation path for the Support Operations team 
• Manage Infrastructure Incidents as part of the overall incident management system at GoHealth 

What We’re Looking For:  

• Bachelors or Masters (preferred or desirable) STEM major (Computer Science, Technology, Engineering or Math), or equivalent.  
• ~2+ years hands-on direct responsibility experience supporting and implementing large-scale Active Directory environments 
• ~2+ years' experience supporting Windows and Mac devices in an enterprise environment 
• Demonstrated history of strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization 
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft solutions and products for systems environments 
• Architectural design and maintenance experience with Active Directory and connected AWS spaces 
• Proven ability to work with a team to complete projects on time and with successful deliverables
