Two Six Technologies is seeking a Lead Contracts/Subcontracts Administrator who will thrive in a dynamic, agile organization. We are a high-growth organization with unique expertise and innovative products that support missions critical to U.S. national security.

This is a hybrid position with travel into the Arlington office as needed to support classified proposals and program requirements.

What you will do:

  • Cradle to grave contract and subcontract management associated with the business unit’s portfolio of contracts.
  • Identifying and mitigating risk, successfully negotiating favorable terms and pricing, and making recommendations to management.
  • Utilizing your thorough knowledge of government and commercial contracting and procurement regulations to ensure the flow down of appropriate clauses and compliance with contract specifications and applicable laws.
  • Tracking and reporting on the status of contract requirements and deliverables, as well as compliance reporting.
  • Manage and execute subcontracts.
  • Negotiate and maintain subcontracts to include receiving subcontractor projections and providing incremental funding per policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and submit monthly reports to the Government as required.
  • Participate in the preparation of solicitation documentation, proposal review, and negotiation

What you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, or equal relevant experience and professional training.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in a contracts/subcontracts management role.
  • Thorough knowledge of FAR, DFARS, relevant contract laws and regulations, and DCAA/DCMA compliance.
  • Advanced level ability with MS Office (particularly Excel).
  • Flexibility to come into the Arlington, VA HQ office on an as needed basis to support classified proposals and program requirements.

  • Experience with a CPSR audit
  • CFCM Certification
  • Experience with Unanet

Clearance:

  • The candidate must willing and eligible to receive a TS/SCI clearance.
