Spectrum is seeking Lead Technical Support in support of the COMSEC Products Section (AFLCMC/HNCMPT).
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide complete oversight of all maintenance activities within the COMSEC Products program
- Evaluate technical performance of the other COMSEC Products technicians and conduct any necessary on-the-job training to ensure all technicians remain fully trained
- Oversee documentation of technician’s production hours and track production output for up-channel reporting
- Author monthly activity reports of significant team accomplishments and forward to contract liaison and author, review and update monthly reports on labor hours expended and equipment repair for all electronic technicians in the COMSEC Products program
- Maintain work-center and individual safety requirements
- Return COMSEC equipment to a serviceable condition
- Provide technical advice, guidance on testing, troubleshooting of hardware/software malfunctions and installation/maintenance procedures to field units, logistics personnel, the supervisor and other technicians
Requirements
Required Skills and Experience:
- TS/ with SCI eligibility
- 4 years of experience as an electronics technician with the COMSEC Products program or a minimum of 6 years’ experience as an electronics technician
