Key Responsibilities
Develop a comprehensive understanding of Engineering Operational Excellence at Cash App to uncover and highlight valuable insights.
Lead data-driven research and analysis on the operational performance of engineering teams, identifying areas for improvement.
Apply advanced statistical methods to interpret complex data sets, identifying trends, patterns, and correlations.
Design and implement data visualizations (e.g., in Looker, Mode) that are both insightful and accessible to stakeholders.
Prepare detailed reports summarizing your analysis, with clear recommendations for strategic decision-making.
Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
The ideal BI Analyst for this role:
Has 5+ years of experience in solving complex data problems, with a focus on operational metrics.
Possesses strong research and statistical analysis skills.
Is capable of working independently, prioritizing tasks, and delivering results with minimal supervision.
Excels at communicating complex quantitative insights clearly and actionably to diverse audiences.
Has a proven track record of leading and executing high-impact data projects, often with cross-functional teams.
Focuses on delivering incremental milestones, with a willingness to iterate and improve quickly.
