Job Purpose:
The Functional Integration Lead will be responsible for working with third parties and customers to gather functional and technical requirements for integration projects. This role involves documenting requirements, defining acceptance criteria and testing requirements, and handing over specifications to consultants for implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with third parties and customers to gather and document functional and technical requirements for integration projects.
- Define and document acceptance criteria and testing requirements.
- Work closely with consultants to ensure a smooth handover of specifications and requirements.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals and deliverables.
- Provide guidance and support to consultants during the implementation phase.
- Ensure that all integration solutions meet the required standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
- Utilize various integration patterns such as CRUD operations using APIs, event-driven integration, reliable messaging/pub-sub, and file-based integration.
- Implement and manage integration solutions using Azure Integration Services, including Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and API Management
Requirements
Experience and Skills:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of Azure Integration Services and related technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong documentation and analytical skills.
- Experience in defining and managing acceptance criteria and testing requirements.
- Proficiency in business analysis, including requirements gathering, process modeling, and stakeholder management
- Experience with business applications and Dynamics 365, including customization, deployment, and integration
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Microsoft Azure or related technologies are a plus.
