Culture Amp is looking for an exceptional Lead Analytics Engineer, based out of Melbourne or Sydney to lead a team that empowers insights for our global business from our data. Your team will steward organizational data knowledge, curating and organising data so that analysts can do their work more effectively. Your role will require a balance of technical data expertise, people leadership and long-term strategic planning.
