The Role:
As the Lead Affiliate Manager, you’ll take full ownership of our performance marketing success, operating with high autonomy and an unwavering focus on results. You’ll drive new business opportunities, manage partnerships end-to-end, optimize campaigns, and collaborate closely with teams like Data Science, Operations, and Partner Success to ensure impactful growth. If you're highly organized, data-driven, and hungry for success and to make a tangible impact on businesses of all sizes through performance marketing, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Track, analyze, and adjust affiliate campaigns for peak performance, using insights from KPIs like Earnings-Per-Click (EPC), Conversion Rate (CVR), and Click-Through Rate (CTR).
- Onboard new affiliates, set up campaign links and tracking, and troubleshoot as needed, ensuring seamless integration from day one.
- Monitor pacing and make proactive adjustments to ensure campaign goals are exceeded.
- Keep affiliates engaged and equipped with the resources they need to succeed, fostering long-term, high-impact partnerships.
- Work with teams across Pushnami to identify new monetization channels, contribute insights, and optimize existing integrations.
Requirements
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing client relationships and running affiliate campaigns.
- Master of multitasking with the ability to keep clients, projects, and leadership updated on progress.
- A proactive approach to collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive mutual goals.
- Data-driven with experience using BI tools (Looker, Grafana) to create impactful reports and dashboards.
- Comfortable working independently and ready to dive into new challenges.
- Familiarity with performance marketing and lead generation is a big plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; experience with tracking platforms (Everflow, Hitpath) a plus.
