Lead - Account Executive (customer Experience)

This is an individual contributor position. You'll be joining an Enterprise Sales Team that focuses on customers with 500+ employees and you will be a key player in our new sales strategy for Freshworks CX products. You'll be responsible for identifying new CX opportunities, creating an end-to-end sales lifecycle, and selling the Freshworks CX suite of products to "new logo" customers in your territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell the CX Freshworks suite of products to "new logo" customers in your territory
  • Identify new CX opportunities and create end-to-end sales lifecycle through direct and field outreach campaigns
  • Collaborate with your Business Development Manager (BDM) to tier your accounts and prospect them via tailored and relevant outreach campaigns (social, email, and cold calling)
  • Build, develop, and manage your sales pipeline
  • Lead and communicate effectively with other departments, such as business development, marketing, and pre-sales, throughout the sales process
  • Travel to customer locations and marketing events as needed
  • Commit to continuous improvement and constant learning.

Do you have 5-7+ years of experience in SaaS sales, including 3-5+ years of experience in selling CX products (Customer Experience/Customer Services)? If yes, read on :) 

  • Do you have experience in a new logo (hunting) sales role?
  • Have you sold SaaS solutions in the France and Southern Europe region?
  • Have you used Meddic, Value Selling or other sales methodologies?
  • Have you consistently achieved/ overachieved sales goals?
  • Are you customer-oriented, with strong communication skills, high curiosity, and an eagerness to learn?
