This role will support the global Learning & Development function within Keystone Strategy’s Operations Team. The L&D (Senior) Program Manager will be instrumental in building a best-in-class team, driving our growth strategy, and fostering a dynamic, innovative culture. This individual will establish an Onboarding Center of Excellence and will own and project manage Keystone’s flagship firmwide onboarding program. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the onboarding strategy at a critical growth juncture for Keystone.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive the design and delivery of Keystone’s robust, immersive, and role-tailored onboarding program.
  • Oversee curriculum development and maintenance for all onboarding materials.
  • Partner with SMEs across the firm on curriculum design and delivery.
  • Facilitate Keystone’s weekly Orientation program on employees’ day 1, as well as ongoing trainings and boot camp programs (both virtual and in-person) throughout the onboarding period, including in-person immersive boot camp training experiences.
  • Act as go-to person to provide continued support of new hires throughout their first few months.
  • Act as go-to person for hiring managers and firm leadership on all onboarding-related matters.
  • Act as sounding board for brainstorming learning approaches, and work with facilitators to prep and coach as needed.
  • Provide systems administration support for platforms within Keystone’s onboarding and e-learning tech stack.
  • Measure and evaluate effectiveness of the end-to-end onboarding portfolio and implement action plans to drive enhancements.
  • Ensure integration of firmwide onboarding with department- and function-specific onboarding programming.
  • Balance both the logistical necessities as well as the broader experience of each new hire as they join the Keystone team to ensure a best-in-class onboarding experience for all Keystone new hires.
  • Partner with Operations leadership on the overall onboarding framework at Keystone and the interdependencies with other Operations functions, including HR & Benefits, Staffing, Finance, Legal, and IT.

 Required Skills:

  • Experience with L&D, learning design principles, and curriculum development – a focus on employee onboarding a plus.
  • Demonstrated commitment to understanding and improving the employee experience.
  • Experience communicating with a broad employee base, with a demonstrated track record of effective verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to partner with and influence employees at all levels of the organization and with different levels of technological understanding.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Experience owning and executing initiatives from start to finish.
  • Self-motivated, and able to prioritize work independently.
  • Proficiency with Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook.
  • Adept at learning new technologies.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Functions effectively in a fast-paced environment.

US Salary Range: $100,000 - $140,000, plus an annual discretionary bonus, 401k contribution, and competitive benefits package. Actual compensation within the range will depend upon the level the individual is hired into based on their skills, experience, qualifications.
