About the role
Our coaching team play a crucial role in ensuring our consultants have the knowledge, skills and resources they need to excel in their roles and drive growth.
As an on-site role, you will have the opportunity to evaluate and create training materials, provide group coaching and onboarding, and deliver personalised 1-2-1 coaching to our consultants ensuring they offer a first-class service to our suppliers and customers.

The role will be based at our Leicester office in Barnsdale Court (LE19 1SN). Our standard working hours are Monday to Thursday: 8:30am-5:00pm, and Friday: 9:00am-3:00pm with no evenings, no weekends, and an early finish every Friday!
