Your New Chapter
At VetPartners, we pride ourselves on delivering shared services support that drives success for our veterinary clinics. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Learning and Development Coordinator to join our People and Culture team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and project support to the Learning and Development (L&D) department, helping to shape the future of our workforce.
Key Responsibilities

  • L&D Administration: Manage administrative tasks for learning programs, workshops, and courses. Handle inquiries, process invoices, and prepare monthly reports.
  • LMS Management: Oversee content and system setup in the People Pawtal LMS (ELMO), create workflows and assessments, and provide user support.
  • Content Design Support: Assist in creating learning materials using tools like ELMO, Camtasia, and Canva, including workbooks and job aids.

Skills, Attributes, and Experience:

  • Strong administrative skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate to advanced level).
  • Experience managing a learning management system (LMS), preferably ELMO.
  • Familiarity with design tools and video editing software, such as Canva and Camtasia.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
