We currently have an opportunity for a Law Clerk in our Legal Department based in our Toronto office.
This Law Clerk will assist other members of the newly formed Commercial team with general commercial, ESG, and communications matters. The clerk will also be integral to ensuring that the Commercial team and the broader legal team stay organized and work efficiently through file management, precedent and template development, and managing business self-service tools. This position will also help accelerate the legal team’s strategic use of technology to create efficiencies and consistency across team members.
This position will provide you with an opportunity to hone your existing skills, explore new areas, and work closely with and be mentored by other members of the legal team.
