Dialectica’s Internship Role is an exciting opportunity for university students looking to pursue a career in product development, data analysis, or in the business consulting services sector and to build up their knowledge.

This internship is structured to develop your communication and teamwork skills, and broaden your industry knowledge while working in a fast-growing global firm. You will support the Dialectica’s Language Services team in our daily operations, coordination with internal and external clients and improvement of processes.

You will be joining an exciting new team with an ambitious mandate where you will get Business Operations experience within an established business & brand.

Dialectica Language Services Interns are responsible for:

  • Supporting the daily operations of the Language Services team
  • The coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the correct delivery of client’s transcripts
  • Support the continuous improvement of internal processes of the team
  • Team-wide collaboration. The Intern is expected to work closely with the Client Services Team and Content Platform team

Requirements

An ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or similar fields
  • Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research
  • Able to write, speak and present succinctly to deliver ideas, concepts in a multicultural team environment
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise activities effectively, while ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Able to commit to a minimum 3 month, or up to 6 month internship. Candidates who can commit to a full-time internship will be preferred.
  • Proficient in English
