WellPower is seeking a strategic, detail-oriented Language Access Services (LAS) Project Manager. The Language Access Services team ensures that the organization’s commitment to communication equity is a robust and streamlined implementation of culturally and linguistically appropriate services.
The LAS Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating spoken languages, building out a network of external interpreters as independent contractors, building/maintaining systems and procedures, maintaining contracts, and analyzing/reporting on linguistic data. Please note that a substantial part of this role is coordinating interpreting services including scheduling and onboarding staff onto a new language access platform.
