As a result of our growth and dynamism, we are looking for an Employment Legal Counsel to join our legal team and help the various entities in the group to manage legal issues in the area of employment.

Reporting to the VP Legal & Social Affairs and working closely with the HR department, the Labour Law Counsel is involved in all aspects of employment law for the Group's various entities.


Missions :

  • Advising operational teams: Providing support to teams on disciplinary procedures, termination of employment contracts and pre-litigation procedures, ensuring compliance and taking into account the specific context and particularities of the company's businesses. This includes drafting disciplinary letters, managing dismissal procedures, carrying out financial simulations and preparing contractual terminations and settlements.

  • Drafting legal documents: drafting employment contracts, company agreements and other legal documents essential to the smooth running of the company.

  • Conflict management and alerts: Assisting with the handling ofany type of alert or conflict relating to employment law, ensuring that it is resolved quickly and in compliance with legal obligations.

  • Managing industrial relations: Managing relations with social partners and staff representative bodies (CSE), ensuring that constructive social dialogue is maintained and preparing meetings and negotiations.

  • Legal watch and compliance: Keeping a constant watch on legal and regulatory developments, anticipating the impact of new legislation on the Group's business, and helping to draw up and implement HR policies that comply with current social legislation.

  • Training and awareness-raising: Contributing to the design of training materials on employment law and helping to run training sessions for managers and HR teams.

What we are looking for :

  • With a Master's 2 in Employment Law or equivalent, you will have at least 4 years' experience as an employment law legal counsel (excluding internship or apprentice), ideally within a group of companies across Europe.
  • In-depth knowledge of French employment law. Knowledge of the specific features of other European jurisdictions would be a plus.
  • You have an excellent level of written and spoken French.
  • You have an excellent level of written and spoken English (a very large proportion of exchanges take place in English).
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with HR and operational teams.
  • Excellent writing and organisational skills.
