In Brand Partnerships & Ad Sales we develop tailor-made solutions and create impactful journeys to meet our partners’ consumer marketing objectives. We are looking for a Label Services Assistant to help manage the portfolio of Label partners.

Mission of the team in a few words: Create meaningful partnerships with brands that share our values
Mission of the job in a few words: Assist in managing Label requests and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the success of campaigns
Team: Reporting into the Director of Ad Sales & Label Services
What you will do ?
Assist with presenting and offering marketing solutions to labels
Monitor campaigns, from implementation to weekly performance assessments
Analyze campaigns and provide recommendations
Collaborate with the Ad Ops team to ensure campaign delivery meets partner requirements
Work closely with internal teams, including CRM, Product, and Data
Support in partner meetings and create professional presentations
Actively participate in team meetings and projects
We are looking for someone who:
Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Communication.
Is proficient in Microsoft Office or G Suite.
Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
Is enthusiastic about working in a music-oriented environment.
Demonstrates strong analytical and reporting abilities.
Is rigorous and detail-oriented in task execution.
Exhibits strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Shows autonomy and proactivity in managing assigned tasks.
Has strong communication and collaboration skills with diverse teams.
