Overview:
- Supervise and monitor activities in Organic team experiment. Ensure test results are recorded accurately and reliably. Organize and implement of training, retrain and develop skills for staff that assigned by direct management.
- Test products according to SOP or Work Instruction and do other tasks that assigned by direct management.
Main Responsibilities
1. Daily operation:
- Arrange staffs and jobs to perform the test according to Breakdown sheet.
- Properly monitoring work flow in lab operation and issue report.
- Perform testing products for every test method assigned by direct superior.
- Data analysis on GCMS, LCMS machine
- Ensure reports issue on time and accuracy
2. Ensure lab equipment to work properly, work with service engineer to supervise all equipment
3. Develop new test method as management’s request.
4. Properly monitoring the capacity of each equipment to ensure its not damaged
5. Prepare documentation for ISO 17025
6. Manage organic team
- At least 5-year experience in data analysis on GCMS, LCMS, LCMSMS machine in consumer product testing
- Has experience as a leader
- Bachelor degree graduate in Chemistry
- Competently using GCMS, LCMS and general analysis equipment in lab
- Has knowledge about ISO 17025 and aware of preparation for ISO 17025 audit
- English (Reading & Writing)
- Full salary on probation
- Working time: Mon-Fri (8:00am - 5:00pm), willing to work OT as required to complete tasks
