At Nomagic, we’re on a mission to automate human repetitive manual tasks with intelligent robotics. We’re now looking for a Lab Operations Manager, who will be responsible for taking the lead in how we test our robots in Warsaw in order to lead us through significant future growth & ensure smooth production performance.

Some of the tasks you will take care of:
- Lead & mentor a team of lab robot operators
- Define processes that will scale our operations to hundreds of production robots
- Improve reporting and analysis tools used to evaluate result of R&D work
- Manage and improve the software release process for the production robots
- Optimize costs of testing operations and infrastructure
What skills we’d like you to have:

Experience in operations management (e.g. in manufacturing, laboratory, warehouse)
- Track record of process disruption and operational excellence
- Proven leadership experience
- Great intuitions about common statistics (limitations of averages, measuring deviations)
- Interest in programming and low-code automation (e.g. Zapier)
- Fluent communication in English
