Let's start with the role

The KYC Team Leader is responsible for leading a team of professionals focused on reviewing documentation needed for account and payment method verification. This role is pivotal in upholding the trustworthiness of our operations and providing excellent service to our customers.
 
As a Payments & Fraud Team Leader you will:
  • Monitor workload and efficiently allocate the internal capacity
  • Monitor quantitative and qualitative KPIs and provide relevant feedback
  • Provide training and support to KYC agents
  • Monitor system and automation performance
  • Review and update KYC processes and policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Identify pain points, work in process improvement and optimization
  • Undertake ad-hoc projects assigned by Compliance
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless KYC operations
  • Stay updated on regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to KYC, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines
  • Collaborate with the Technology and Product teams to continuously improve existing verification flows

What you will bring:

  • Proven experience in implementing KYC procedures preferably in the iGaming industry or related sector
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with relevant regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in the iGaming industry
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and cultures
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the integrity of the company’s operations
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Suite
  • Good verbal and written communication in English
