ROLE DESCRIPTION

Capco are looking for experienced financial services Business Analysts across multiple levels.  This role offers the chance to advise and deliver change projects as part of a long-term strategic partnership with leading financial institutions.

This role will entail solution design of regulatory driven change, Target Operating Model driven change and intelligent automation process enhancements within KYC.

 The preferred candidate will be expected to:

• Be a self-motivator working in a team of Capco and client colleagues
• Work closely with stakeholders (both technical and non-technical) to perceive new and better ways of working
• Collaborate across Stakeholder groups to define requirement change via technology, procedures and controls.
• Define Business Case
• Write / Document user stories, impact assessments and functional specifications 
• Help to drive the use of Agile Methodologies

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience working in Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban, writing user stories, using JIRA and eliciting business requirements from business users and technology SMEs
• Required: Knowledge in KYC (Know Your Client) for new or existing clients in Financial Services
• Preferred: Process/Procedure Mapping experience in BPMN 2.0 tools such as Visio, Signavio, etc.
• Preferred: Experience in Intelligent Automation – incl. OCR, Machine Learning, AI etc.
• Fast learner who can grasp an understanding of the various technologies which the client is using to provide an advisory lens over the solution
• Strong stakeholder management (at Director+ level), with an ability to take strategic direction from Product Owner and Solutions Lead
• Ability to take individual ownership of items and drive deliverables to completion.
