The Product Manager (과장/차장), will play a critical role in driving the marketing strategies and initiatives for the respective therapeutic area within the Patient Journey Solutions department. This position requires a strong marketing background and a deep understanding of the patient journey, market dynamics, treatment landscape and portfolio & product life-cycle management. The Product Manager will collaborate closely with Therapeutic Area Development and New Launch & Market Access within the integrated department to develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that optimize the patient journey, enhance brand performance, achieve financial KPIs, and drive business growth.
This role is a key strategic part of Patient Journey Solutions Department that drives financial performance with the sales team through getting more internal/external stakeholder buy-in with the differentiated value and high-quality strategy of the brand and portfolios.
Sub therapeutic areas in FOTE: Dry Eye, Infection, Allergy.
Strategic leadership throughout the entire patient journey, business performance committment based on medico-marketing expertise, experience in successfully launching new products, and strong capabilities in creating a healthy organizational culture are required.
