The Product Manager (과장/차장), will play a critical role in driving the marketing strategies and initiatives for the respective therapeutic area within the Patient Journey Solutions department. This position requires a strong marketing background and a deep understanding of the patient journey, market dynamics, treatment landscape and portfolio & product life-cycle management. The Product Manager will collaborate closely with Therapeutic Area Development and New Launch & Market Access within the integrated department to develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that optimize the patient journey, enhance brand performance, achieve financial KPIs, and drive business growth.

This role is a key strategic part of Patient Journey Solutions Department that drives financial performance with the sales team through getting more internal/external stakeholder buy-in with the differentiated value and high-quality strategy of the brand and portfolios.

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacology, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 10 years in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, preferably with a focus on marketing function; respective therapeutic area experience and regional/global career experience is a plus.
  • Proven experience in pharmaceutical marketing, with a focus on product management and brand development.
  • Deep understanding of the patient journey, market dynamics, and treatment landscape within the respective therapeutic area.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and ability to translate insights into actionable marketing strategies and plans.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives, including digital marketing and multichannel campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory guidelines within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Passion for improving patient outcomes and driving innovation in healthcare.
  • Fluent English, spoken & written
  • Ability to travel (domestic or overseas) based on business needs

Sub therapeutic areas in FOTE: Dry Eye, Infection, Allergy.

Strategic leadership throughout the entire patient journey, business performance committment based on medico-marketing expertise, experience in successfully launching new products, and strong capabilities in creating a healthy organizational culture are required.
