KOL Campaign Specialist

  • Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns across Ricebowl social media channels including email, social media, KOL and content marketing.
  • Create and manage engaging content for social media and other platforms to drive traffic and engagement.
  • Monitor, analyze and report on marketing campaign performance.
  • Analyze user behaviors, campaign results and social media metrics to optimize and improve marketing efforts.
  • Familiar with XiaoHongShu platform user base, content trends and marketing opportunities.
  • Possess a degree or a diploma in marketing or communication related courses.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in managing KOL or doing social media content and campaigns.
  • Proficient in conveying information clearly using Mandarin & English, both writing & speaking.
  • Skilled in developing ideas and solutions on their own.
  • Proactive in strategy & execution to move forward.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and creative thinking.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
