Key Account Sales (Real Estate, Tech, Saas background preferred)

Overview
Our client is on the lookout for a skilled professional with a background in key account sales in Hong Kong to aid in expanding their software offerings and solutions within the region. The client is offers high tech solution for the real estate sector. The ideal candidate should be able to offer value with his/her understanding in real estate industry, and with the experience building market presence from 0 to 1.

What You Will Do

  • Market Analysis and Client Engagement: Investigate the potential customers in the Hong Kong area, identify digital needs in the real estate sector, understand the digital technology landscape, and keep up with industry trends. Grow the customer base in the real estate industry and build connections with partners in the real estate technology sector. Develop and execute a sales strategy.
  • Market Expansion: Discover and nurture new market opportunities, create business expansion strategies that align with local market needs, and work with the backend product and solutions team to drive business growth.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Plan and carry out business strategies based on the company's growth plans and performance targets to achieve sales goals.

What You Will Need

  • Educational Background and Experience: A bachelor's degree or higher is required. Previous experience in real estate technology companies
  • Experience in real estate and construction professional service firms, including technology departments of real estate companies, technology divisions of construction firms, engineering cost consulting firms, and marketing agencies.
  • Proven success in managing key accounts (both state-owned and private real estate enterprises) with notable performance results, and a strong understanding of the local market and competitive landscape.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in Cantonese and proficient in written communication. English proficiency is a plus.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work effectively with partners and maintain stable relationships.
  • Proactive Work Ethic: Highly proactive with strong learning abilities and the capacity to adapt quickly.
  • Team Collaboration: Strong ability to work cooperatively within a team environment.
  • Role Focus: This is a sales-focused role; the candidate must be adept at navigating the decision-making process and have a proven track record in closing deals.
