We’re looking for an Key Account Manager to manage and develop relationships with some of our largest restaurant and retail partners in the region. Develop and foster partner relationships with stakeholders across all seniority-levels of large national brands
Analyze and identify performance improvement opportunities with your partners to ensure that together we are delivering the best experience for Wolt’s end customers
Understand needs and wants of partners, prioritize them internally by impact on the business, and work to co-create solutions with cross-functional teams, internally and externally
Engage partners in strategic conversations about expansion and growth (i.e. adding more venues, increasing sales, expanding with new brands, etc)
Support the rollout of new product and service opportunities to broaden partnership depth and increase partner revenue streams (e.g. advertising)
Support the development and execution of co-marketing campaigns to promote the partnership, drive sales, and visibility across multiple channels (social media, OOH, etc.)
We're excited about you because you...
Have Lithuanian fluency and business proficiency in English
Are skilled in analytics tools (Google Sheets, Excel, Looker, SQL etc) to identify root causes, build insights, and present your findings in a clear and concise manner
Have a proven success record in business development and/or account management including driving engagements and negotiations with stakeholders on various levels
Are a self-starter with a strong bias to action and a reliable team player who takes ownership to deliver results on-time
