The Group AE is responsible for the overall rollout and coordination of the Group Client partnership program for issuing and acquiring projects. It also includes initiatives and follow ups on actions from Group Client engagements internally and externally.
KEY WORK OUTPUTS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Responsible for day-to-day account management activities for your customers, which are large Group Clients, but also upcoming future small and mid Group Clients
- Build-up and further develop strong relationships with your customers at business and operational levels
- Work as a consultant for your customers to understand requirements, business impact and the potential for offering new services and solutions to jointly grow the business
- Works with the client to identify new and ongoing requirements and actively and commercially stimulating them to innovate, introducing new products and services as appropriate
- Is able and willing to work together on multiple strategic topics at the client at the same time within the issuing and acquiring space
- Take an active supportive role in the Group Clients team and strengthen the team in an agile mode.
- Prepares briefings for senior management who engage with the client
- Prepares working groups, consisting of an international team of the client and of Visa, to determine the value in kind projects in line with the client strategy
- Prepares the steering committees to receive endorsement on the client annual plan
- Works on the annual strategic business/account plans for the client, in alignment with the Group Client lead to grow and optimize Visa’s product/portfolio and services
- Prepares annual business and account plans for your customers to achieve revenue and profitability targets
- Execute and manage customer contract processes
- Develop excellent knowledge of the payment technology space, and specifically of Visa products and services.
- Develop strong skills on client data reporting and analysis
- Establish and execute account governance
- Prepare client roadmaps, workshops, and documentation including MS Dynamics
- Project manager and coordinator for internal and external meetings, events, workshops, inspiration day, senior mgt meetings
- Act as Marketing point of contact
- Maintains an overview of the Value in Kind projects and monitors the Value in Kind program on funds spend and progress of the various projects within the program
- Engages with colleagues across Visa, ensuring teams such as product, innovation, marketing, and consulting are appropriately involved and informed about their client needs, in a matrix environment
- Demonstrates good knowledge of all Visa products and services, with expert knowledge in certain areas including demonstrating the willingness for continuous learning on the job

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
- Knowledge and experience of the digital environment, payments business and/or financial services
