Key Account Manager

We’re on the hunt for a Senior Key Account Manager who knows the retail ropes – and is excited to grow our business in the Nordics.

If you're commercially savvy, have a passion for owning client relationships, and thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment, this might just be the role for you.

What will you be doing?

  • Taking full ownership of some of our most important national customers

  • Helping us build and grow our presence in the Nordic markets 

  • Managing tenders, listings, pricing, and all that comes with running successful accounts

  • Spotting opportunities for brand growth, new listings, or fresh markets – and making them happen

  • Building strategy based on category management data, shopper insights, and market trends

  • Driving projects across teams – you’ll work closely with marketing, supply chain, production and more

  • Experience in Key Account Management in food retail / discount channels, ideally with both private label and branded products

  • Confident handling of contract negotiations, annual meetings, and the full commercial cycle

  • Familiarity with seasonal business, and what makes it tick

  • Fluent in German, confident in English

  • Sharp with category management tools and shopper insights (Nielsen, GfK – all that good stuff)

  • Business savvy with strong analytical thinking and a love for KPIs
