- Higher education in economics, marketing, or a technical field.
- Proven experience in key account management, preferably within the industrial sector.
- Experience in sales of technical goods, solutions, or components for OEMs.
- Proven success in achieving sales targets.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement commercial strategies.
- Strong track record in commercial negotiations and selling skills.
- Experience in budget management and client analysis.
- Fluent (native) in Czech and advanced proficiency in English.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint.
