Perform extensive and in-depth account profiling through research and probing to support the objectives of both potential and existing clients and partners and present the services offered by Workabroad and SeamanJobsite.
Proactively address concerns and provide after-sales support to customers through strategic account management.
Conduct periodic customer visits to strengthen accounts coverage, capture feedback for continuous improvement, and foster long-term partnerships.
Develop and optimally execute sales strategies to ensure achievement of sales targets.
Prepare and analyze sales performance tools and reports, including trends analysis to monitor and improve sales results.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in business-to-business or corporate tele/sales is required, showcasing expertise in building relationships and driving sales growth.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Able to effectively convey information and engage with clients.
A customer-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for service, maintaining a positive attitude and going above and beyond to meet client needs.
Ability to work with minimal direction while thriving in a team-oriented environment, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
