Key Account Manager

  • Perform extensive and in-depth account profiling through research and probing to support the objectives of both potential and existing clients and partners and present the services offered by Workabroad and SeamanJobsite.
  • Proactively address concerns and provide after-sales support to customers through strategic account management.
  • Conduct periodic customer visits to strengthen accounts coverage, capture feedback for continuous improvement, and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Develop and optimally execute sales strategies to ensure achievement of sales targets.
  • Prepare and analyze sales performance tools and reports, including trends analysis to monitor and improve sales results.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in business-to-business or corporate tele/sales is required, showcasing expertise in building relationships and driving sales growth.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Able to effectively convey information and engage with clients.
  • A customer-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for service, maintaining a positive attitude and going above and beyond to meet client needs.
  • Ability to work with minimal direction while thriving in a team-oriented environment, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
