Key Account Manager (Sales)

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing clients to build and maintain relationships.
  • Drive client acquisition by identifying new business opportunities and converting leads into long-term customers.
  • Support new product rollouts / adoptions by proactively engaging, communicating and implementing the rollout/ adoption to all the hirers.
  • Forecast, track progress, and close sales opportunities.
  • Attend training sessions to stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or account management.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong communication & comprehension in English language.
  • Able to work in office based in KL City Centre.
