For one of our clients, we are looking for a Key Account Manager, remotely from Texas, US.

As a Key Account Manager, you will manage and expand relationships with key dental partners, particularly Dental Service Organizations (DSOs). You will be responsible for driving growth, maintaining strong connections with your accounts, and ensuring Sunbit’s technology becomes the leading patient financing solution in dental practices across the United States. This role requires a customer-centric and data-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Accountabilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with key accounts to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to expand Sunbit's presence within DSOs and dental practices.
  • Analyze account performance and collaborate with internal teams to optimize service delivery.
  • Set and track monthly goals for account activity, performance, and revenue.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews and provide actionable insights for both internal teams and clients.
  • Track and manage all account activities in the CRM system, ensuring timely updates and follow-ups.
  • Provide valuable feedback on market trends, partner needs, and industry changes to the internal teams.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Field Sales or Account Management, preferably working with mid to large-sized companies.
  • Proven track record of coaching teams and building processes for technology products.
  • Strong business and financial acumen to evaluate performance and prioritize opportunities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and project management skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks independently.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% nationwide to meet client needs.
