Your role

We are looking for a data and insights-driven Key Account Manager - Mobility, you will play an influential role in our team which will involve interfacing with our mobility clients and senior stakeholders internally. You will assist in the day-to-day management of our partners, supporting with reporting, presentations, client meetings, and processes that can optimise the way we work. Your duties will be wide ranging and therefore will need a highly organised individual to support the team; ideally you will be confident, diligent, analytical and personable.

Requirements

What we need from you:

  • Supporting across several mobility partnerships ranging across end user fleets, leasing companies, Dealer Groups and OEMs
  • Manage the reporting, insight, and analysis for Mobility partner accounts
  • Preparing pitch decks for client meetings
  • Supporting and leading on partner presentations to maintain and grow performance across our key accounts within the mobility sector
  • Support the departments strategic expansion by improving our standards and processes
  • Researching and compiling reports and presentations
  • Developing and delivering training on a one to one and group basis for internal and external clients, and maintaining a register of training needs and records
  • Dealing with enquiries from internal stakeholders, partners, and customers
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Pro-active, demonstrating initiative and anticipates needs
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organisation and people skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in an environment that is continuously changing and evolving
