This role will require you to act as an intermediary between Evolution Group and our clients in Africa. to ensure the timely and effective delivery of our products and solutions whilst tasked with the objective of increasing revenue and content sales.
Responsibilities
- Developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty.
- Working closely with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive and to improve areas of dissatisfaction.
- Providing technical support to customers with the goal to keep customers satisfied. Updating and documenting all activities for new accounts into systems accurately and timely to track activities for future references with the business’s products.
- Executing administrative meetings and events to educate and guide customers on Evolution’s products and services and its benefits to support customer buying selection.
- Implementing research activities to analyze client feedback and monitoring new and existing project plans and executions for desirable results.
- Notifying process problems and challenges to sales and marketing departments and maintaining brand relationships with sales and marketing teams and clients effectively.
- Gathering feedback from customers, studing other customer success programs and analyzing customer data to identify the best practices.
- Knowing the company’s products inside and out.
- Knowing the operator’s business and key personnel to successfully maximize the revenue potential of the products the company supplies.
- Helping customers plan and understand the best ways to utilize their software or products based on the customer’s business needs or business plans.
- Managing information and communications between key clients and internal teams including but not limited to the generation of weekly and monthly reports.
- Working with design, sales team, creative, advertising, logistics, managers, marketing, and team members from other departments dedicated to the same client account to ensure the highest quality of materials are being produced and all client needs met.
- Upselling and growing the revenues of customers under the control of the account manager.
- At least 1 year experience in the betting and gaming industry.
- At least 3 years + sales experience or relationship management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in economics or in Business Management is considered an asset.
- Fluent in English, additional languages considered extremely valuable.
- Above average proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Self-motivated and ability to exercise independent judgment.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Strong drive for results.
- Willingness to travel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
