Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with corporate clients by understanding their unique insurance needs for EB and offering tailored solutions.
Analyze client insurance portfolios, assess risk exposure, and recommend adjustments or enhancements to coverage during clients renewal process.
Oversee EB insurance renewal process, ensuring seamless transitions and proactively addressing any changes or challenges.
Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout clients' policy journey including claims process and endorsement process, then coordinate internally with operation team to handle client requests.
Facilitate efficient resolution towards any clients inquiries and be the advocate for client interest
Educate clients on insurance products, coverage options, and risk management strategies to help them make informed decisions.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional insurance products and services to existing clients.
Provide value adding relationship to clients and such as coordinating wellness program
Must have minimum 5 years as Employee Benefit Account Manager or have client servicing experience or equivalent in Insurance Company or Brokers. Additional insurance education or designation preferred
Must have experience for maintaining employee benefit on large company
Must Have deep knowledge of Employee Benefit product
Must be proficient in Ms Office and preparing presentation
Must be highly organised and work well in team environment. Must have excellent interpersonal relationship skills
Ability to assess and maintain multiple priorities while managing one or more books of business
