Key Account Manager Consumer & Marketing Research

ABOUT THE JOB

The person will be responsible for relations with key existing client/s in the area of consumer and shopper research as well as sales of marketing research to them.

The person will also be responsible for business development with prospective Clients (building relations, identifying opportunities, preparation of proposals and negotiations with Clients).

The person will be cooperating closely with the execution team, operation team, and data analytics teams internally.

Responsibilities

  • Sales to strategic Client/s (identifying opportunities, running capability meetings, preparing proposals, negotiating proposals);
  • Developing consumer insights business with new Clients: identifying needs, building relations, building awareness of research solutions, preparing proposals, negotiating;
  • Building research awareness in and outside of the organization: presenting at conferences, Client and internal events;
  • Cooperating with the execution and operations team;
  • The person will be responsible for the sales target.

About you

  • 3+ years of experience in market research and/or in other marketing services sales;
  • Knowledge on consumer and shopper research methodologies;
  • Advantage of experience in working with FMCG, Retail or T&D;
  • Building strong relations with Clients, strong communication and Client management skills;
  • Sales and negotiations skills;
  • High level of responsibility;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft tools;
  • Proficiency in English and Russian.
