The role:
As our Key Account Manager, you’ll be the primary contact for our key accounts, mainly freight forwarders in the logistics industry, across the fast-growing APAC region. Your role is to help clients thrive on our container marketplace by facilitating transactions and building strong relationships.
You’ll connect with clients regularly to understand their goals and ensure they’re making the most of our platform’s features. A key part of your role will be tailoring strategies to the unique needs of each market while collaborating with global teams to support market expansion.
You’ll also actively seek new business opportunities within existing accounts in the APAC region and work to expand the customer base through strategic upselling and cross-selling. Additionally, you’ll manage any client escalations with speed and efficiency, ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint.
Location:
This role can be based full-time in Hamburg or remotely from Taiwan or China. Please note that if based in Taiwan or China, the position will be offered under a freelance agreement.
