Key Account Manager

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and develop business with all Key Accounts
  • Overview GM development of Key Accounts and target customers
  • Established SOP jointly with counterpart and follow shipments accordingly
  • Provide solutions to customer to ensure service quality
  • Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure smooth operations
  • Set and monitor KPI
  • Analyze the KPI generated and generate proposal to optimize the current flow / procedure
  • Present KPI to customer during service review (monthly/ quarterly/ yearly)
  • Provide quotation, tenders, implement BCP
  • Provide implementation plan and implementation packages for new clients
  • Handle customer’s ad hoc enquires

Requirements

  • Minimum 5-8 years' solid experience in both air & sea freight services with at least 3 years' experience in key account management or sales in 3PL
  • Preferred to have account management experiences with fashion and retailing customers, even thought is not mandatory
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, dynamic and customer driven, work independent, responsible and mature
  • Excellent command both English and Mandarin
  • Strong interpersonal skills and be flexible to change
  • Available to travel if required
  • Problem solving oriented
  • Service minded with good commercial sense.
  • Have the drive to perform business development with the current and appointed customers
  • Proficient in MS office
