What you'll be doing
Leading and Developing our superstar Key Account Management Team.
Driving and managing growth of our current venues by leading the team towards improving their portfolio performance.
Ensuring that Account managers are building long-term retail/restaurant relationships, and being the key communicator between our operations and most important retail/restaurant partners.
Strong vision on how your Team will achieve the results, support the team with tools, insights which will help to reach KPI’s.
Overseeing country data metrics and taking the action to achieve Country targets.
Cooperating with a wide range of departments and stakeholders.
Perform frequent quality and satisfaction checks to ensure service standards.
Setting KPIs for the local Account management Team and providing performance feedback.
Creating a positive work environment that enables the team to develop.
Leading by example in terms of demonstrating Wolt values and behaviours.
Solid experience from a previous key account management role.
Leadership skills developed in previous management positions.
A positive ‘can do’ attitude, awesome self-motivation and the ability to get results.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt tone to suit the audience.
Experience from using analytics platforms or strong Excel skills.
Structured, detailed and service-oriented.
Experience from working with a CRM system is a plus.
Fluent in Lithuanian and English.

The compensation range for this role is 3200 - 3400 EUR/month, gross (base salary), plus we also offer stock options (equity plan) into what we are building at Wolt globally.
