Purpose of Position:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. This hybrid role combines active individual contribution to sales with leadership and mentorship responsibilities for a growing team of sales professionals. The ideal candidate is a high-performing salesperson with a proven ability to close deals while inspiring and coaching others to achieve their full potential.

Salary Range: The target compensation range is up to $160,000-180,000 (OTE), including up to $110,000 base salary. This is part of a competitive total rewards package including employer-paid benefits. Individual pay may vary based on factors such as experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs at least annually to ensure competitive and fair pay.
