Team’s Mission / Work Responsibilities
- Develop business plans that will open up new revenue streams
- Formulate and implement strategies to generate revenue through the creation of new business plans with partner companies, ticket sales, fan club memberships, merchandise sales, and more

- Improve on existing marketing initiatives such as fan clubs and new fan acquisition
- Build relationships with our stakeholders
- Maximize club sales and profits by maintaining good relationships with our partners, fans, and community, as well as the media and other stakeholders

Unique and Bold Challenges
- Create new businesses by leveraging the existing assets of Kashima Antlers FC
- Create businesses that go beyond the conventional framework of sports business and that involve the local community and government
- Have the opportunity to grow beyond the business side of the club's operations and ultimately into the future manager of the entire club
Required Qualifications
- Shared belief in the mission and values of Mercari Group and Kashima Antlers FC
- Experience in management
- Ability to identify issues and solve them creatively
- Understanding of accounting (financial and administrative)
- Able to commute to Kashima (remote work is available, but commuting is a must on game days)
- Interest in the soccer, sports, and the entertainment business
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in sports business
- Experience in the entertainment business (e.g., ticket collection, fan business, merchandise, sponsorships)
- Management at a company with sales of more than 5 billion yen or more than 100 employees
- Experience running a business
Language Requirements
- English:Independent (CEFR - B2) preferred
- Japanese:Proficient (CEFR - C1) required
