Junior Valuation Analyst

Qualco Real Estate, member of the Qualco Group, is a Real Estate Asset Manager with operations in Greece & Cyprus, offering value enhancing solutions relating to real estate assets.

Qualco Real Estate is looking for a Junior Valuation Analyst to join our Technical and Development Department. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of real estate projects and gain exposure to high-profile clients in the real estate sector.
A Day in the Life of a Junior Valuation Analyst at Qualco Real Estate will include:

• Overall administration & coordination of the valuation process;
• Distribute and deliver the valuations reports, of the assigned asset portfolio, from servicer to the valuers;
• Supervision, coordination, and invoice processing of vendors responsible for the Valuation reports;
• Logging, tracking, and resolving incidents to deliver support that meets Service Level Agreements;
• Managing day to day Business Operations and System Administration and report the performance of the vendors;
• Managing testing processes in new platforms – UAT prosses;
• Responding to and following up on clients and partners queries and issues;
• Set up KPI monitoring dashboards for technical and legal vendors;
• Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, or Economics;
• A minimum of two (2) years of experience in Project Management, Finance, or Real Estate Sector;
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments;
• Advanced user of excel and excellent computer and MS Office applications skills;
• English fluency and strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
