About the Role
As a Junior UX Researcher, you will play a crucial role in understanding our users’ needs and behaviors. You will conduct independent research, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve our platform.
Analyze user data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
Create clear and concise research reports and presentations to communicate findings to cross-functional teams.
Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to translate research insights into actionable recommendations.
Manage continuous learning about our products and users.
Stay up-to-date with the latest UX research methodologies and industry trends.
We are looking for a self-starter with a strong desire to learn and grow.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with a strong research mindset. A degree in Psychology, Cognitive Science, Anthropology, or a related field is a plus.
1-2 years of experience in UX research or a related field.
Hands-on experience with remote usability testing and data analysis using online analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity).
Proficiency in data analysis and research methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a bias towards action.
Incurable curiosity about human behavior.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
