- Support UAE and KSA teams with on-site and remote assistance for IT infrastructure and applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth functioning of all systems.
- Assist with system upgrades, installations, and new deployments across UAE and KSA offices.
- Provide regular maintenance for all hardware and software systems.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and best practices.
- Communicate effectively with team members in Arabic and English.
- Participate in technical training to stay current with industry trends and tools.
BSc in computer science or equivalent experience
A minimum of 4 years experience
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and networking
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
UAE driving license
Fluent in Arabic and English
Customer-focused with a proactive attitude
Excellent communication skills
