CGA by Nielsen IQ are looking for an enthusiastic, organised professional, with a customer centric attitude, and a passion for the hospitality market, to join our growing team as a Team Support Executive reporting into the Senior Team Support Manager. The Team Support Executive will support the team carrying out various administrative tasks in order to build and maintain great client relationships whilst providing outstanding customer service and deliverables.

CGA by NIQ set the industry narrative for clients across the hospitality sector working with a variety of businesses ranging from Nestle to Wagamama. You will be expected to provide day-to-day ownership for the provision of services to CGA’s client base. The role will consist of supporting the delivery of our key industry insights such as Hospitality Business Tracker, Hospitality at Home Tracker and other regular reporting outputs. As well as overseeing these deliveries, you will also be supporting the wider team with administrative tasks pertinent to the smooth running of a successful team.

From time to time you will be required to support individual team members in project work enabling you to demonstrate your individuality and flair whilst working within a brief for one of our clients.

The Role

  • Support the Hospitality Operators and Food Team with the smooth running and development of the department by carrying out various administrative duties
  • Perform regular reporting tasks and communicate deliveries with clients
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure on timely data supply
  • Manage client relationships ensuring clear and concise communications
  • Quality checking of team output
  • Support work scheduling and team planning
  • Support the project-based output of the team and conduct desk research for client deliveries
  • Assist with event planning and management

The Person

  • Excellent in MS Office especially in Excel and Word.
  • Very good literacy & numeracy skills
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to produce quality work whilst demonstrating your attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise while managing own workload and work with deadlines in an efficient manner.
  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid office situation
  • A great team player, enjoys working as part of a creative and energetic team
  • Initiative and ability to “make things happen”
  • Passion for eating and drinking out sector preferable

Qualifications

  • No previous experience necessary
  • Educated to College / Higher Education level
  • GCSE Grade C or above in English and Maths, or equivalent required
