Role Description

We are looking for a (Junior) Talent Sourcer to join our Recruitment Team. The primary focus will be to build and nurture a robust pipeline of top-tier candidates, especially for Graduate and High Potential Recruiting. Your role extends beyond traditional searching , encompassing strategic initiatives to enhance our competitive intelligence centre and contribute to employer branding activities. You are key to maximising and increasing the funnel as much as possible!

  • Proactively identify and engage with potential candidates to build a strong talent pipeline across various roles within the organization.
  •  Utilize innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates and maintain an active network of potential hires.
  • Competitive Intelligence Center: Establish and maintain a competitive intelligence center to stay ahead in talent trends and industry developments.
  • Conduct market research to provide insights into the competitive landscape and contribute to strategic decision-making.
  • Employer Branding Support: Collaborate with the marketing to support and enhance employer branding initiatives.
  • Develop content and materials showcasing our workplace culture and values to attract top talent.
  • Top Funnel enhancement: Implement creative and effective methods to optimize the top of the recruitment funnel.
  • Work closely with hiring managers and recruiters to understand talent needs and tailor sourcing strategies accordingly.

Requirements

  • Proven Experience as a Talent Search specialist within a dynamic recruitment environment, either in full-time, internship or as a working student
  • First experience in building and managing talent pipelines from the Software/Tech and/or Financial Services Industry is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and contribute to competitive intelligence efforts.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to create compelling employer branding content.
  • Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools.
  • A proactive and innovative mindset too continuously improve sourcing strategies.
  • You have a can DO attitude and are a true collaborator
  • Fluent English & German, any further language is a plus
