🇳🇱 Dutch Fluency: Utilize your Dutch language skills to engage with local candidates and stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and ensuring effective communication throughout the recruitment process. 

🧲 Innovative Sourcing: Stay ahead of the curve by researching and implementing cutting-edge sourcing techniques, leveraging technology and creative approaches to attract top talent.
