About the role

As part of the roll-out of Salesforce across our European BUs, we are looking for a Junior Salesforce Specialist that will work with a team of Salesforce Architects and Developers (whom will provide mentoring and direction to you), as part of the role of acting as a trusted advisor to the business stakeholders and to help support the team in configuration and development works that match the needs of the business and are built into successful solutions.

You will also be providing Level 1 support to End Users and business stakeholders through the helpdesk and dedicated support group chats, ensuring the set SLAs are met, as well as getting involved in providing basic training to the End Users and help build up our internal Salesforce community.

What you’ll be doing

System Development and Training Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the Salesforce Technical and Solution Architect to deliver a high-quality, best-practice Salesforce solution.
  • Support configuration, development, and deployment tasks within Salesforce, following the Architect's guidance.
  • Coordinate with team members to gather requirements, assist with User Acceptance Testing, and support post-launch activities.
  • Provide technical support for implementations, enhancements, and bug-fixes on Salesforce solutions.
  • Assist in creating documentation on workflows and processes for future reference and training.
  • Develop comprehensive technical knowledge of the Salesforce CRM and CPQ processes.

System Training

  • Deliver basic training for end-users and new starters.
  • Maintain ongoing Salesforce training and work toward certifications.

 

Outcomes for first 6-12 Months

  • You will become knowledgeable about the features and functionality within Clear Channel’s Salesforce instance.
  • You will build strong relationships with key stakeholders in local business units.
  • You will manage communication channels with local users and deliver basic training for new starters.
  • You will contribute to resolving user errors or basic issues raised by end users.
  • You will report new business requirements from local business units to the Acorn Salesforce team.
  • You will complete assigned basic development and configuration tasks under the guidance of senior colleagues.
