At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Junior Software Support Consultant to join our UniQue Public Sector & Software Products Team.
In this role, you will provide continuous support to our clients on the proper use of specific software, you will support the resolution of questions and the identification of problems, and you will work in close cooperation with other consultants as well as the development team so to provide excellent client service and added value services.

- Document the clients’ requirements in a comprehensive way, in order to provide solution that fulfills their needs
- Provide technical support to clients by resolving payroll software issues and troubleshooting errors.
- Conduct software testing
- Communicate with clients over phone, emails or personal meetings
- Deliver user training and develop support materials to enhance user understanding and system efficiency.
- Conduct and facilitate seminars and workshops based on clients’ needs
- Adapt to new software updates and changes in payroll legislation, implementing them as necessary.
- Create technical documentation on project’s deliverables
Requirements
What do you need to succeed in this position?
Your experience, skill set and qualifications are going to help you succeed in this position, moving forward. We would like you to have:
- A University/College degree in Computer Science, Finance or Business Administration
- 0-3 years of experience in client support for software solutions
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical skills to identify problems, troubleshoot, and provide effective solutions.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users and explain complex payroll issues in simple terms.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy when working with sensitive payroll data.
- Collaboration: Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate across teams
- Training and Support: Experience in providing training to users and preparing instructional materials.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn new technologies and stay updated on changes in payroll laws and software updates.
- Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English languages (written and verbal)
- Availability/flexibility for travelling in Greece
